Sinopse: O desenho começa com Peter Parker ainda adolescente. Ele já tem seus poderes há alguns anos e, acaba de entrar para a faculdade e está todo enrolado para namorar Mary Jane, ao mesmo tempo que vê surgir em sua vida uma galeria de vilões para ninguém botar defeito: Lagarto, Dr. Octopus, Camaleão entre outros. É mostrado também os dedos sujos de Wilson Fisk (o Rei do Crime) por trás de inúmeras tramas, e claro, os duelos com seu antagonista Venom.
